Student Cribs Rebrand, OOH and Social Campaign

Brief

Landlords are a tough sell. But Student Cribs are easier. They let genuinely high-quality student houses.

They needed a modern rebrand to appeal to their target audience (gen-z). Additionally, a campaign to roll out across both OOH and social media to raise brand awareness.

My design partner and I performed a brand transformation — complete with new tone of voice guidelines and tagline.

For the campaign, I started considering what our target audience’s honest opinion of student landlords and houses is. I played off these expectations — twisting them with a single word to imply they can expect better from Student Cribs. The result is a series of bold headlines that hero each of the client’s USPs.
