Brief

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Savannah are a subsidiary of the Ritz-Carlton. They provide luxury flats with residential service in Savannah, US. They needed a website to help drive enquiries. In other words, enough information to intrigue but not enough to render an enquiry pointless.

Additionally, a 50 page brochure and video to be displayed in their enquiry office, near the residences. These both had to convey the unique opulence of their offering.

I wrote website copy in strict accordance with the Ritz-Carlton’s specific tone of voice guidelines. The American target audience are attracted to poetic language. I kept this in mind while working on the video copy too.
